Whether you’re looking for an extensive analysis on the numbers or just need swing adjustments, our coaches are well experienced to fine-tune your game. During our lessons, you can expect a short warm up session to begin where our coaches will assess where your swing is at and formulate a plan on where and how to begin. Next, our coaches will start by making slight changes to your existing swing and provide drills to help teach proper form and technique. We will never drastically change your swing, our lessons will take your existing swing and try to make slight adjustments to improve it.
A seasoned PGA associate, Matt has served as Port Huron Golf Club's Assistant Pro for the last 7 years and has over 20 years in the industry.
I am an aspiring PGA Professional currently in level 3 of the PGA Associate program. My hope is to one day become a Head Professional at a private club, where I can continue to grow the game of golf.
The great part about the sport is that you can play it at any age. I picked up my first club when I was 15 years old and fell in love with it from there. I have been lucky enough to work with so many great people throughout the short time I’ve been working in this business.
I started working at the Port Huron Golf Club in 2018, where I’ve worked my way up to be the 2nd Assistant Golf Professional. In the summer, I help teach the junior golf program, where we have over 65 junior golfers. I love working with all different ages and skill levels. There’s so much this amazing sport has to offer!
